EXPLORE THORNDEN PARK

Originally built in the 1930s, the Lily Pond fell into disrepair, probably around the 1960s. In 1988, area residents began the restoration process to bring it back to life. Today, the Lily Pond boasts beautiful gardens and brick pathways cared for by Thornden Park Association. The Lily Pond is one of the most popular spots to visit in the park and often hosts weddings.
